Great place to live except for noisy neighbors
This is a great place to live. Excellent customer service from the office staff and maintenance staff. No issues with parking. The only complaint I have is that there is a neighbor who's garage is below me that loves to rev his motorcycle at 2am. After about 15mins of revving the motorcycle, he turns it off and goes to his apartment. At 2am, it's very hard to sleep after this noise. This is done on a regular basis.
Is the pool heated throughout the summer?
I enjoy everything here. You pay a good amount abd get a good apartment in return! I love how the pool is heated for my bf because he would not get in otherwise. However on a hot day, we were hopinh on it being cold and it was kinda warm. At first getting in seemed fine but as we played around it got too warm after a few minutes. I felt like i might as well have been in the Jacuzzi. The walls seem thicker than my last apartments and i can’t hear my neighbors at all. The hallways are surprising quite empty with plenty of room for chairs or just decorative furniture that is not there. The A/C though is great and everything I need to survive this summer. I also love how the fridges come with a built in water and ice dispenser! I give so far 8/10!
