I have lived here for 1 1/2 years now and I don't want to go anywhere else. No issues with neighbors. Maintenance is quick and good. Staff members are polite, efficient, and friendly. The location is great for shopping, dining, and easy access to freeways. For the most part it is quiet and peaceful, Luke Air Force Base is not far and the planes go overhead a couple times a day, but they are done early and then it gets quiet again. There is the train close by, but I personally, like the sound of the train, I find it soothing. It's not a big deal. Overall, I love it here. Oh, yeah, I forgot, it is very pet friendly as well!
