Poor management and not worth the price. There is very little parking. They call themselves a luxury apartment, but there is very little pest control done for this desert climate. They do not enforce pet owners to pick up their dog's mess. The gym is not clean at all and equipment is frequently broken. The weight bench has been broken for over a year, with no warning sign ever placed on it. Currently, one of only two treadmills is out of order. The room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all in ages. The pool area is down to only seven lawn chairs that don’t seem to be in good shape and one umbrella. The tables out there are in desperate need of cleaning. The grill area is a fire hazard. It hasn’t been cleaned since the new manager has been there. The grease buildup around the grills is not just disgusting but an actual hazard.

My moved into Port Royale Apartments and was fortunate to move into Port Royale Apartments after a PCS move to Sierra Vista, Arizona. We were so in love with the fact that we were able to obtain one of the upgraded apartments without rug flooring as well as the appliances, and on the lower level!

I have no complaints, it's the best apartment complex I have lived so far. The staff is super helpful if I have I questions and if I have any need for maintenence.
