Great Place

Community is wonderful, the amenities are great and reliable everything you need as a resident. I wish there was rent reducing to honor residents resigning onto the lease rather than increase but I understand during our current times it's only natural for a slight increase.

Best Location in THE VALLEY

Signing my third lease at the Lincoln. Never had a better location in The VALLEY. AJ's and Trader Joe's directly across the street. Barber and Pharmacy in the parking lot. Perfectly located just North of Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square. All the percs without the traffic and chaos that comes with being around Old Town. A true Oasis in Scottsdale.
