The staff is great, location is great and quiet. My only gripe is the thin walls and thin carpet.

The apartments are cozy and the complex is quiet. The shared kitchen and bathroom wall are very thin. I can hear my neighbors talking. Every time they flush their toilet it wakes me up. It’s so loud. Otherwise i have decent neighbors and the complex is generally quiet. The location is great.

I live here with a roommate. This complex has everything a tenant could ever want, from in-unit laundry and patios to the gym, pool, and workspace offered up front. Staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. My only complaint is that the lack of recycling facilities. The dumpsters also attract javelina.

Location, leasing office, maintenance, landscaping, size and condition of apartments are all 5 stars. That said, the neighbors, for the most part, are great except for the few that I have encountered that have this strange sense of entitlement. I won't give specific details, but I have had to make major adjustments and dealt with scary individuals about three times. Also , get rid of the trash concierge and add recycling to the apartment community. I don't want to pay extra to have someone take the garbage to the dumpster for me. I would prefer you have at least one recycling dumpster.
