Great place to live if it wasn't for entitled neighbors

Location, leasing office, maintenance, landscaping, size and condition of apartments are all 5 stars. That said, the neighbors, for the most part, are great except for the few that I have encountered that have this strange sense of entitlement. I won't give specific details, but I have had to make major adjustments and dealt with scary individuals about three times. Also , get rid of the trash concierge and add recycling to the apartment community. I don't want to pay extra to have someone take the garbage to the dumpster for me. I would prefer you have at least one recycling dumpster.

San Carlos Scottsdale

A great neighborhood. Love the workspace, gym and pool up front. My cats ADORE the maintenance crew. Sometimes parking can be scarce but I usually make it work!

Not Too Shabby

The location is fantastic. There's a long bike trail around the neighborhood. The surrounding area is pretty quiet. The walkways between apartments could use some tlc. The walls between the kitchen and the next unit are pretty thin. I can hear my neighbor yelling all the time. The staff has been fantastic and are very helpful. Overall it's been a great place to live.

I love everything about living in San Carlos! From the amazing staff to the family friendly community… this place is perfection. They keep the property well maintained and although the community is older… the apartments a hige like a home!
