I've been living here two years now and will likely re-sign for a third. This property is so well maintained and taken care of. I've never had any major issues here. The noise isn't bad, it can just be loud from other tenants but there's never been any construction noise and the maintenance staff is always prompt in letting us know of any fixes/changes. The management and the front desk is so nice and promptly answers any questions, and overall just great people helping out. I've never had any issues with pests, plumbing, electric, etc. Sometimes the power had gone out but that was due to an outage from SRP/APS. I'm very happy living here and the location cannot be beaten. It's close to Old Town, Tempe and Arcadia where you don't have to pay higher old town level prices for apartments. Highly recommend this place!
