I love the place, the maintenance is good and so is the environment

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes it is hard to catch the office staff in the office as they are often showing apartments, but they always return calls on the same day. Maintenance is also quick to respond if you have an emergency.

Overall, we are happy here. Maintenance is pretty quick to take care of any problem. I do wish the office would pick up the phone instead of always having to leave a voicemail. Parking is the biggest complaint. We would happily pay for an extra covered spot. But they don't allow you to purchase more than 1 even if you are in a 2 bedroom. On our end there are more covered/reserved spots than open spots, so it can be difficult find a spot.

I moved in the complex last month after a long wait (no fault of my own, the company I work for waiting on permits to be signed from our client prolonged my move-in). Now that I'm finally here, have been very impressed with the Greystar properties. The unit is spacious for a 1 bedroom, very nice appliances that are up to date and modern, an amazing pool and I'm saving the BEST for last.......an AMAZING staff working here! ALL the wonderful ladies working in the lease office NEEDS to be commended for their kindness, their site knowledge, their mannerism and the way they engage with you with questions on topics to the apartment complex to the general area of Queen Creek. I'm from Louisiana, working here in Arizona for a few years and obviously don't know the area, so, asking questions of the area is definitely beneficial to me. I'm really enjoying my stay here and looking forward to an extended stay here till late 2027. Thank you.
