Great location, terrible maintenance.

Love the location, all my neighbors have been friendly and respectful. I'm not sure what the breakdown is on the maintenance, they have an app to create claims on things that need to be fixed. To list a few things I've been dealing with; Upon moving in the space was filthy it took me a few days to clean up the crusty (previously dog-occupied) unit. It took me 4 months to get a washer & dryer that worked as well as get broken cabinets repaired (all of which were broken by the previous tenants). (Note: I created 4 different claims on their app and they marked them as complete, when in fact they were not.) They also failed to give me a mail and amenity key to the Rec center when I moved in. After about a month of complaining they said they would have it delivered on a date. The date came and went and no one came by. about 3 weeks later I was called by maintenance and they requested access to my unit where they left the mail key. The amenity key was given to me when they came to see the Washer and Dryer and I demanded the other repairs be made. The current issue I have been challenged with is no Hot water for 1.5 months. When they came to finally replace the washer and dryer I came home to discover that the electric water heater wouldn't heat the water. I've submitted a few requests to Matatinace and attempted to call but like the previous 4 months, I'm sure they will check their messages after Christmas (it's October). I hope the management company makes this right, after all, they are a management company that isn't taking a proactive stance on managing. I've talked to a few neighbors who were moving out and they all had a similar experience with the management company, hard to reach and not sure how to move out properly given that they were never responded to or called back. So they all left hoping that they weren't going to be followed by a plethora of fees. They are quick to evict if they aren't paid (even if it's a mix-up on their app). landscaping damaged car :(

Good location, overpriced

Good parking, nice area! Everyone who lives here is nice and quiet. I like that there is a garage option. The gym and pool are a nice perk but both need updating. The townhomes were poorly built, like they slapped lipstick on a pig. There’s literally huge dips in our upstairs floor like you’re going to fall through to the ground floor if you step on them. They use toilet paper holders as hand towel holders in the bathrooms which is strange and all the doors stick to the walls when you close them so you have to use all your strength to yank them open. The backyard is all rocks so all it’s good for us letting the dog do their business but nothing else. There’s been a huge water leak bubbling out of the road like old faithful that leads into the complex for weeks and maintenance just lets it run out and create huge puddles during a drought in Arizona. The staff is non existent on property so you have to contact the property management in Phoenix who doesn’t know this property exists half the time and it takes ages for any maintenance, hence the water leak never getting fixed. Over all this place is way overpriced because of the convenient location. We are here just until our house gets built and I am counting down the days! If you’re going to rent king term I would personally look elsewhere.

I Love living here

I love living here the community is quiet and peaceful. Sadie the property manager is great. The only complaint that I have have is that there are no grills at the pool and the train is very loud it shakes my bed and tvs on the walls when it passes. Other than that I will be renewing my lease, absolutely love it here!
