overpriced, poor management
This complex looks nice from the outside, but is overpriced and poorly run. Takes forever to get anything fixed or addressed. The charge lots of extra fees. There is a charge for covered parking and not enough uncovered spaces for tenants that don't want to pay for covered parking after the high rental fees.
Great living place
Clean, convenient and good location. Renters are all friendly and their pets reasonably quiet.
Not Worth the Money
Maintenance is divided between two different complexes, so don't expect it to be done quickly. Still waiting on 2 work orders from last month. If you didn't move in at the beginning when this opened, don't expect to be parking close to your place. Gates for security are always broken down. You get to pay for the Security locks they put in. We weren't even given a choice. You can add almost another $100 to what you see is the price of the unit. If you are lucky to get a garage, that's another $135 a month.
Survey
Love living here, however, not sure about the rumored rent increase of $300 or more. Quite expensive for an area that is rural and no large shopping center. It's definitely a white collar and tie income community. The parking lot has gotten noiser with the big pick up/diesel vehicles. You need to reduce the price or credit renters for not having the gated community stated when we moved in.
