Cool neighbors

Needs a upgrade and i have termites that i have been trying to have them come out and taje care of but it hasnt happened.

Ok

They location is great however parking lot has a lot of potholes. The landscape is just dirt. There’s so much dirt/ sand everywhere it goes inside my apartment and it’s everywhere.
