I decided to move into Villa de Cortez in December and it has been just a wonderful experience for me. The application process was very simple because instead of trying to figure it out myself, I learned that I could go into their office and they will walk me through the whoel application process on one of their computers. This is the first time where property managers have helped me 100% with submitting my application. As a truck driver, I am rarely available to meet with people on their hours. This did not matter. The managers and Villa de Cortez: Gisselle, Michelle, and Alicia, made sure I was able to move-in on my time. When I was moving my stuff into my apartment on the 3rd floor, Donovan, one of the maintenance workers offered to assist me with bringing my heavy yet comfortable bed into my home and we are actually good friends today. He also helped me with figuring out how to go about fixing my car as I am a new resident to Arizona. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.
