not what i expected, office staff do not follow theough on complaints

The staff is great we never have to worry about the office being closed when unnecessary we never have to worry about many things regarding handling business here which is always comfortable..

The water is always being shut off, the valet trash doesnt pick up, my package was stolen, sometimes theres no parking at night.
