Nice place to live. But the electric gate is out of service often!

Honest rating

Hard to get ahold of office staff but it is improving over the last few months but far from satisfactory. Maintenance does not leave any indication of completed work unless you check the app-and only then it says "completed" with no details and no followup. Laundry room consistently has several washers broken at any given time, most of which take your money before finding out its out of order
