I recently had the pleasure of helping my son move into his new apartment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! This is a violation of my tenants rights as I was not notified that men would be on my patio Monday 11/25. Email stated Friday and Saturday and it is MONDAY. This is a huge violation of my privacy, my home, and my time. I did not consent to anyone being on my patio and my white couch was not moved. It is now covered in dust and I do not want it "cleaned" by the people who destroyed it. I will be reimbursed for the damages caused by you on a day nobody should have access to the apartment. My patio is an extension of my home and if i tell someone they need to leave they need to leave. Josh was extremely argumentative and unapologetic and refuses to remove the men from my patio. He stated they will be here finishing the project till the sun goes down Monday night. There was no notice on the door, in the mailbox, in the elevators, or anywhere. I will never be able to step foot in my home again without the fear of people lurking outside my windows refusing to leave. I would like this to reflect I requested the men to be removed from my patio multiple times and was consistently talked down to.

I love the rooftop pool and gym. Especially how it's 24/7 access. I love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly and responsive. Josh does a good job managing. Some things to note are the tedious locks in the doors (and how building 1 door code doesn't work) and how you can hear people through doors and footsteps from above units, along with loud road noise. Overall I am pleased here.
