The Staff is great upon leasing an apartment here, and the complex is well maintained. I Wish the parking space would be better than what’s available currently, but that’s almost common in most other Apartments. It’s fairly quiet not a lot of activities Going on outside the Apartment. Great Amenities . I’m Happy with my Apartment.

I have lived here for 4 months. I think the location is great, the apartment complex is quiet and I feel safe here. When I looked at other places that were slightly more expensive than this, and comparing what they offered vs. what is offered here, it was shocking to see the prices weren't too far off when other places had better amenities but, this was the best I could find compared to other places in regard to square footage and rent. To put things into perspective as someone living on their own, in a 1 bedroom apartment I am left with $200 a after my first paycheck because rent alone wipes me out. I still am not including other utility costs, groceries, gas, etc. The apartment does not offer any "luxurious" amenities besides a nice pool. I do think the apartment should have a better gym with the price of living here. I have had to get a gym membership elsewhere and spend even more money monthly due to the lack of equipment/environment. It would be nice to if the complex could partner with the community center up the street since it's so close. There is very little to no parking and the fact that we have to ask guests to pay for a spot, isn't right. The dog park is constantly a mess, no grass or lots of mud, there is also poop in so many places from people not cleaning up after their animals. There's nothing within walking distance to get to, there's no areas to hang out outside/meet people; you only meet people if you have a dog. The cost for trash pick up is unnecessary and should be optional which would help lower rent for residents. The washer and dryer I have with my floor plan compared to other floor plans is definitely one on the cheaper end, there's nothing for me to try to lower heat so it keeps shrinking my clothes and my clothes are left with lint on them. I hope these things are taken into consideration for the benefit of the residents as I know there are other residents who I have met here, have said the same thing. Thank you for your time.
