Parking is a pain and guests rarely can find a spot. Amenities seem to always be under repair. The grounds keeping could be a lot better. The location is the best thing about this complex.

Lived here about 6 months, so far think it is good value for the price. Townhouse is pretty well updated and management seems to be pretty good with maintenance and upkeeping the property. Only issue I would mention is the walls are pretty thin so can hear your neighbors and road noise from the 51 most of the time, but you get used to it after a while and not a huge issue. Spend a lot of time in the car for my job so worth it to have quick access to the highway.

The location is great and grounds and ammenities are well kept up, specially under current management. Staff is wonderful and other than a few noisy neighnors and people feeding stray cats, it is a great place to live.
