The Hawthorne is hands down the best complex I've lived in and I've lived all over the US and the many places across the globe. The staff is always on point, the complex is always clean, and half of the time I forget that I have neighbors because it's so quiet.

Hawthorne Apartments is a gorgeous community and the staff is very friendly and communicative. I’ve lived at many apartment complexes but nothing like this before. Even after living here for 4 years, I still have glowing things to say about the property, the office staff, and the maintenance crew. I especially appreciate the speed with which the maintenance staff addresses concerns and problems in my apartment.

Paying luxury price for non-luxury living. No stainless steel appliances US PS doesn’t deliver packages to your door but still comes on the property to give you your mail. Don’t allow you to put curtains on your patio but tell you you can have a rolled blind, but won’t pay for it. Nothing in lease says you can’t have it but they express they can change their mind on anything they want at any time and if we don’t like it, we are in violation of the lease agreement even though they are making the changes. Residence seem to keep to themselves. It’s pretty quiet. Besides the constant sounds of sirens and fire trucks. Gate always seems to be broken so much for security. Amenities include a pool, a workout room and some camp fire picnic grills they’ve installed. Outdated, Basic, Mediocre….
