New Management New Problems

I have been here for 1 1/2 years and the property management has changed three times. This last time was because of a new owner to the complex. We are labeled as "luxury" apartments but with nothing to really set up apart from any other complex. The pool over the summer was not operable for several weeks when children out of school and there was not urgency for it to be corrected. The landscape has been negliged and now the rent and garage fees are being raised by a significant amount with out offering any changes or what was even standard in the past ownership.

Dissapointed

I've lived here more than a few years and wish things were more kept up. Walls are covered in spiders and webs, playground has weeds like trees, pool has been closed for a month, people have so much on their patios that look trashy
