Shortage of parking for tenants, water consumption bills are too much, not sure it's fair for one bedroom apartment tenants to pay higher price when there are three or four people live in one bedroom. Would be nice to have water meter for each unit.

Quiet and friendly

For an apartment complex this one is incredibly quiet, no issues wirh safety, noise or unit itself. Maitenance needs improvement beacuse the pool is often master locked leaving residents with no access or having to call and wait which is not ideal but also a minor issue.
