I have lived here for five years. Like all renters in Phoenix, I have been dismayed to see the cost of rent rising so sharply year over year. But Saxony has its charms. Medlock is a gorgeous street in a beautiful neighborhood (a heritage district). It's an easy walk to a couple of great venues

When our section of the parking lot was repainted, the apartment numbers were not added. That suggests to some guests that these are free spaces, which means there is occasionally a car in my parking place. It would be great to correct that. Also, for some reason our back security gate frustrates some unknown person or persons. It has been broken from its hinges (again)!
