Apartment is not bad but struggle bathroom flush problem lately and Pool does not clean well or bathroom smell bad need keep cleaning

Pools are not always open in a timely manner, hot tubs have been broken for months with no communication, the gym has several broken equipment pieces including the only two treadmills. The front gate has been broken several times.
