San Mateo Townhomes are clean and landscaped. They have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is parking available in your own garage and one parking spot available for a second car. Maintenance is super friendly and helpful. Angelica in the main office is helpful and responsive with any questions. On one side of Longview there is a nice neighborhood and very close to Biltmore area. The other side of Longview is not as nice but it has never been a bother. There are neighboring townhomes who set off fireworks frequently for some reason at night but it doesn't last long and I kind of got used to it. Inside San Mateo Townhomes stays pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly and I've seen multiple families living here. Great access to the 51 freeway, stores, restaurants, and about 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix.

I love the townhouse and location, only thing is walls are thin, i can hear everything neighbors do or say, and wish we had designated parking pass for 1 guest AT least
