Management and maintenance does not take care of residences

Ive put in work orders and none of them have been satisfied. Ive been given multiple warnings about all my neighbors trash and noises but staff has still not done anything. Theyve threatened to terminate my lease because they didnt fill out proper paperwork and tried to blame me for it when theyre in charge of the paperwork. Washers been broken since i have moved in, in February, it is now the middle of September. Management refused to help me grab my package in the package room, still have not received a pool key or key fob for the work out area. Place is a mess and management has a really messed up attitude when i go and ask for help of any kind. They even kicked me out the office building 5 min before opening. Deseray has a real bad attitude. Still waiting for my washer to get fixed

Office never open

They have this new locker inside the office that our packages get stored in. This has happened the only two times I have had a package delivered to the office, I get an update that my package was delivered and I walk up there during normal business hours and they are closed yet again. My youngest daughter has been waiting and asking everyday about this package and I tell her that she will get it today and now I have to disappoint her again. The other issue is the massive amounts of liter and garbage that is scattered all over the complex.

The apartments have Thin walls and thin paint and maintenance is nowhere to be found.
