I am one of the first tenants at Proxy, and I loved the building when I first moved. as the years have been going by, there has been an increasing degradation in the quality of the services and the quality of the tenants in the building. Security is abyssimal, we don't have a full time housekeeper, and the tenants rowdier, although my rent has gone way up from the time I moved.

I havnt had any maintence requests so I cant give a fair rating of them. However, proprerty staff are hard to get a hold of. The apartment is largely over priced for what it is (view of a parking lot). So many additional fees for no reason (garbage service fee yet no garbage service provided). The nitro cold brew always needs to be restocked. Property staff are not very personable. Overall, I regret living here and will make sure friends and family avoid this property.

The bar across the street is frequently incredibly noisy and all my complaints have failed to solve the issue, but other than that it is a pretty decent place to live. It has gone downhill since the last apartment manager transferred, and I worry that trend will continue.

I can't rave enough about our cleaning crew that takes care of our entire building. Elda is such a kind person that greets everyone with her kind smile and I casually told her that someone's dog had peed the carpet in the hallway.. 20 mins later she's on her knees cleaning it! which is upsetting because she shouldn't have too! Long story short without Elda this place might not be as sparkling or fresh-smelling elevators.

I re-signed for my 3rd year at Proxi and it's been a pleasure! Friendly Staff, cleaning lady a charm to greet every morning, the building manager has revitalized the building, knows everyone's name, monthly building activities, etc.
