Decent Apartment

The bar across the street is frequently incredibly noisy and all my complaints have failed to solve the issue, but other than that it is a pretty decent place to live. It has gone downhill since the last apartment manager transferred, and I worry that trend will continue.

I can't rave enough about our cleaning crew that takes care of our entire building. Elda is such a kind person that greets everyone with her kind smile and I casually told her that someone's dog had peed the carpet in the hallway.. 20 mins later she's on her knees cleaning it! which is upsetting because she shouldn't have too! Long story short without Elda this place might not be as sparkling or fresh-smelling elevators.

Robert and Ferman are very helpful! All of my questions are answered in a timely manner, and they are both really understanding.
