I moved here in 2021. I chose this complex because of location and the one-bedroom floor plan design. Newly renovated at the time of move-in, I have a large walk-in closet and a great kitchen Pantry. The floor plan was ideal for one person. A small private patio with an enclosed separate washer and dryer. There is a laundromat on property for use as well. I have a reasonably large living area. The Presidio has an outstanding maintenance and leasing staff. Rent pricing is outrageous everywhere and after months of searching this was the best for the price. I think I made a good choice when I compare amenities and what I receive for my money. My only dislike is the Valet Trash service which is non-negotiable and added to your lease. You pay for the service whether you use it or not. I take out my own trash several times a week. It's Just a 30 second walk to the dumpsters! The Valet service is $25.00 per month and adds up to $300.00 a year. You are given a normal size indoor trash receptacle to place your bagged trash in. It's picked up twice a week at scheduled times. It was added after I had moved in. I have searched other properties, and many others are now doing the same thing by adding this. That's $300.00 that I could definitely be putting in savings or using elsewhere. Bottom line, I'm happy here and pleased with the amenities. The entrance to the property is beautifully landscaped and It's a very well-kept property.
