Quiet place
I have nothing bad to say about this place. I love the location and it's very easy to deal with the staff. The rent for a studio is a bit high.But that is the going rate in this area , so compare to other properties it's fine.
Pretty good place
I have lived here for about 3 months, and overall, I would say this community is pretty good. The grounds are always well-kept, and the dumpsters are dumped often enough that they never overflow. Front office staff are communicative, kind, and helpful. Parking is not assigned, which has pros and cons. For me, I like the unassigned parking because it means no one will ever take my space, forcing me to relocate to guest parking. I have always been able to get a spot right by my unit all throughout the day. I gave amenities 3 stars not because there is anything wrong with them, just that they are average. Pool and gym are both relatively small, but both are also clean and well-kept. I do not have any opinion on the laundry room as I have an in-unit washer/dryer. Dog park has artificial turf, but I have never noticed it getting funky, so they must clean it reasonably well. The renovated units are pretty nice, still some "landlord special" apparent, like painting over hardware and uneven lines. The windows in my renovated unit are still the original single pane windows that don't slide very well, letting me hear everything that goes on outside. My ceiling / the upstairs floor is pretty thin, so I can hear the neighbors walking (not thudding, just the creaking of the floor) constantly. Overall, my unit and the complex are clean and comfortable. It has some of the usual cons of apartment living, like thin walls, but I would still recommend it to friends, family, and strangers.
