Parkway Terrace Apartments

I have resided here for more than a decade and I have enjoyed living here for the most part. However, we have been experiencing several incidents involving late night parties, loud noises and screaming as well as broken beer bottles in the common areas which I have not seen or heard in excess throughout the previous 10 years. The management team has done their job by addressing this situation with all the residents but it does not appear to have any affect on some of the residents as the late night parties and rowdy behavior persists. My primary concern is the fact that their are school aged children that reside in the complex and the parties are not limited to weekends. Mutual courtesy and respect for one another has fallen by the way-side recently in what has otherwise been a wonderful place to reside.

Here compared to where I came from. I love it I couldn’t have found a more better place for me and my child to be I feel protected. My neighbors are so sweet maintenance actually fix what they’re supposed to managers are also very sweet and will work with you.!

The application process was the best and with the help of the manager even better
