I have been here since March ‘23. I have enjoyed my stay thus far, I enjoy our Clubhouse,sometimes I come down down here to do work. Its really quiet. The only quips I have is my apartment is facing the street at times I will hear the street car( I did buy dark out clourtains and it has helped with the noise), and sometimes the elevator smellls due to the pets. But, they are good with cleaning the floors and elevator tomhelp with the odor. The residents here are friendly ( which is nice). The property is maintained and if you have a concern it is addressed.

I moved to Park on Central in March. I moved here from Tucson and the staff was super helpful with the application process as well as the move-in process. I have enjoyed living here. They have events for the residents which I really love, the property is well maintained. When I have had maintenance request they have been filled quickly as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. We have a beautiful clubhouse, which I and other residents utilize regularly. Along with the great amenities you cannot beat the location. Park on Central is one block away from the light rail station and about 10 minutes driving from downtown. There is all kinds of great food that you can either drive to or have delivered to you as well. All in all this has been a great place to live and I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience.

.The front office & Maintenance are so nice & answer any of my questions or concerns. The amenities are amazing & I feel like I need to have more friends. Lol. The dog park & lounge area on the roof put it over the top for me. The location could not be more perfect & is surprisingly quiet at night.

I have lived here for two months and the property is great. The Office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff has been amazing. I feel like property has been well cared for since I have been here. I also want to shout out the residents who have been so friendly. I see folks all the time on the property and everyone says hello or gives a warm smile when they see me. I really enjoy living here, it's a great location close to Downtown, the amenities are wonderful and it is mostly quiet with an occasional rogue dog bark. I highly recommend this property.
