I did A LOT of apartment hunting before finding this place and at least for me it was the perfect spot because it checked all the boxes ? I am a new resident so only been living here for a month or so but I've had no issues and I absolutely love my apartment! It feels very spacious throughout the whole apartment and unlike many apartments the kitchen and bathroom are full size which I love. Many other apartments at this price point had half bathrooms or half kitchens so I love the layout here. Also the manager and staff are really helpful and care about making the complex a great place to live which is not always the case at other places.

I have lived here for several years. It is quiet, peaceful, safe and clean. I love how close it is to the shops at Norterra yet its nestled at the Foothill of the mountain, close to nature and away from the noise of traffic.

The moment we moved into this place we wanted to leave. The rules, the sound, the maintenence. Its not upheld well and its not in a great location. The only thing good about this place is that its arguably affordable.

Marquis Sonoran Reserve is a pleasant place to live. The service from staff is top notch and issues are handled in less than a day. The pool is generally quiet and it's great to be near fantastic walking trails.
