Mediocre but not bad

Place is not bad for the price sort of , matiance seems to be resposive but just have to stay on top of it, as well ensure they lock your door after they service your apartment. They left my door unlocked once. On the whole not bad but wish the price was cheper considering the dated appliances but the area is nice and not too loud and so far i have good neighbors.

Tracy Joe was amazing! A leasing agent with a heart. Super friendly, incredibly organized. She answered all my questions, and did her best to help. I'm an out of state move and that is so stressful. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Quiet and serene, my own little sanctuary is exactly what I need. I reccomend them if that's what you are looking for too!

not bad at first til i started having issues

at first it wasnt bad but they are so quick to complain about things and lie in complaints to the office ive been having problems with my payments being under the impression ive made a payment with the confirmation i get after sending a payment in just to receive a email saying i have insufficient funds but i have both accounts savings and checking they can take from but they are just bouncing my payment and charging me extra and thats not my fault they shouldnt send me a confirmation of my payment if its no confirmed bcus then im left thinking i paid my bill just for it to come back and charge me extra its so inconvientant
