Lovely place to live

Well kept The oksve is beautiful and plenty of wats to get excersize. The inly thingbineiuid suggest is to maybe get some soda machines. Oh amd the complimentary coffie in tbe gabe room id always a plus. Alot of folks love it

Post-fire review

Until the fire i had a pretty good experience living here. The damage to the hallway is unpleasant, the work that needed to be done is inconventient, and there has been no information release about the fire. My apartment was smoky but i didnt have anywhere else to go so i stayed, i was called the next day but by that point it was too late to help. When i wanted to escape the noise the pool was also closed. I would have liked MAA to give a discount on rent, or some concession to those who live near the apartment with the fire

Oasis in the City

Great central location. We are on a very busy street, but always amazed how soundproof the units are. The pool area makes you forget you are in the middle of a large city. Building is always incredibly clean.

Management could be better

Nice place with nice amenities. Location isnt the best since its on Thomas Rd. Also the management team could be better.
