I moved here sight unseen because we were moving from out of state. Although it is an older apartment complex and as with any older place has some issue the managment let is know what is going on and fixes things within a timley manor. The staff in the office are kind and help when they can although sometings are out if their comtrol. It would be better if some of the orher tenats would take just a littke pride in where they live and not throw trash around but the worjers here try and clean it up quicky and its not the staffs fault they have se t out emails regarding it. I do like living here, it is affordable and i have family living just two building over so we walk to each others place daily. If you are looking to live in Phoenix and beed an affirdabke place, Luna Villa will fit your needs.

Maintenance team is poor service Office sraff never helps the pregnant manager is very rude no help at all looks clueless as she does not know wgat shes doing. Chillers never work always something wrong
