Not as expected

The advertise the apartments as renovated. We signed the lease expecting a renovated apartment but surprise! The aparment is very old. Ancient appliances, cabinets, mixmatched floots, broken tiles, drawers that don’t work, very bad repairs, very old doors euth bad repairs, old door frames…. And lastly.. Very joisy tenants moving in. Fights, loud music, etc.
