Perfect Location, Beautiful view of the city, Very Quiet

Very great olace to live. No problems at all. Quiet, nice park behind us, great views. Very much little noise at all. Walls built thick.

Near Everything

The location is close to the airport and Central Phoenix. I love my 1 BR+Den floor plan, which is enough space for me and occasional guests. The community lacks the basic amenities, including covered parking. If you don’t have tinted windows, your car interior will feel like an oven. Sometimes the leasing office doesn’t respond timely to emails and voicemails, but I like it overall.

Great Location

Great location with park across the street. It’s great for a single millennials with no kids. I love the events given by staff and mimosas. I wish there was covered parking and at least a fitness center.
