Great apt
Very friendly staff. Apartment was very nice and updated when we moved in. Kid friendly as well. Very helpful with the filling out application when we were trying to get approval, they helped alot. Highly recommend.

Enclave Apartments Phoenix
We enjoyed our time living in Enclave. The location is perfect. We were close to everything. The apartments were clean and well maintained. The original renovation wasn't done perfect, but maintenance was always available in a timely manner and fixed what we needed well. The apartment is getting a full facelift and im sure it will be nice. Noise was as to be expected in apartments with hard floors. We did have one noisy neighbor next door we could hear through the walls for a bit, but management took care of that for us asking the neighbor to quiet his activities. Office staff was always kind and courteous. Overall, not perfect but what apartments are. Still an enjoyable living experience. We were happy.

I have lived here for over a year now and enjoyed my stay. The area is beautiful, and quiet, with professional and responsive staff. It is close to a lot of shopping centers including Walmart, Target, Costco, TJ Maxx former market... and varieties of restaurants. There's a Golf court with walking and biking trails right across from the building. The maintenance personnel are fast and professional. I never had confusion or difficulty staying here.
Great Property To Live
The overall of all is beautiful. I really like the maintenance they get the job done with know problem. The property is nice, clean and quiet. As For Management Mrs. Tiffany, I luv her as a property manager, she’s very professional and always in the office whenever I goes to the office to ask questions or about something needs to be addressed. She really does a fantastic job with this complex .
