Since April 2025, my apartment complex has been overcharging me $25 each month. Despite paying on time, they also hit me with a late fee in August when my rent wasn’t even due yet. When I brought this to management’s attention, I expected a prompt fix and refund, but instead I’ve experienced delays and a lack of accountability. At this point, they owe me all the overcharged amounts plus the late fee, yet the problem remains unresolved. Billing mistakes happen, but the way a property handles them says a lot about how they value their residents. Unfortunately, my experience shows a lack of care and professionalism when it comes to residents’ money. If you decide to live here, check every statement carefully.

My stay so far isn't so nice due to all the cats that linger around the unit. Always causing noise pissing everywhere. Also not alot of parking

In my seven-plus years of living here, I encountered difficulties until EMBER took over, and slowly but surely, they began to make it livable, the surroundings, the new people moving in, and the apartments have improved greatly. I love the visibility and the convenience of my apartment location. Office staffing is always ready to help when the opportunities arise. Excellent management. I am pleased and grateful to be here. Thank you Ember and staff for making it a great place to live.
