Been a resident here for almost 15yrs ??? Seen alot of changes! Still expecting a few more since moving has never been my priority. And although I miss the "community" warmth and events that attracted me to this property when it was called Alegria -- the location gets better and better. So much convenience, so closeby.

Firstly, there is a one bedroom on top of me which houses over 10 people. Continuously there are chairs being dragged around at anytime - night or day; big stuff being dropped which physically startles you; the incessant cries and barks of cats and dogs - day and night; cat poops, soda cans, medication pens, water, etc. always dropped on my porch - I have never been able to use my porch, not even once since I lived here; dogs running around; people fighting and screaming at each other; revolving door of people coming and going. Secondly, the apartment complex itself used to be cleaner; however, now, wherever you go or walk, there're dog poop; dog poop all over the complex and no one cares about the human decency of picking up after their dogs. Thirdly, I traveled out for sometime and when I returned, I found shoe prints all over my door; I'm not sure if somebody tried to kick down my door with their feet or what; I have no idea. I am not a complainer; however, I have complained to the office a few times. So far, I'm not sure they really care because nothing has changed since. Unfortunately, this is my honest truth. continuously crying and running up and down
