I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this apartment community. After moving out, I was shocked to receive a bill for over $300 despite leaving the apartment in clean condition and without any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. The most concerning charge was a $130 cleaning fee for what management claims required five hours of cleaning. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned before move-out, and there is nothing in my lease requiring professional cleaning services or authorizing excessive cleaning charges for an apartment that was already left clean. Additional charges included $65 for carpet cleaning, $35 for “carpet repair”, and $50 for paint touch-ups. It appears this property is attempting to pass routine turnover costs onto former residents. What is especially disappointing is the lack of transparency and accountability. Instead of providing evidence of actual damage, management simply issued charges that appear arbitrary and unsupported by the condition in which the apartment was returned. Management insists there was no damage; However, I “didn’t return the apartment how I got it”. That is the only explanation I have received. I am filing a formal complaint to the Arizona housing department and pursuing legal counsel, because based on other reviews, this is most definitely a pattern. I have rented for 18 years and was never once charged upon move-out. I encourage prospective tenants to look elsewhere. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about this property’s billing practices and integrity. Please see other one-star reviews where former residents were charged $1400-$2,000 upon move-out. I expected professionalism, fairness, and adherence to Arizona law. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite.

This property has it all. Located near good restaurants, shopping, services, and easy freeway access that is only five minutes away. The property is huge with plenty of parking. The pool is awesome with water features, plenty of pool side furniture to lounge and relax in, and gazebos with TV's and comfortable furniture to sink into. They have a great community room to entertain, private office spaces for the tenants to work or study, and the gym has all you need to get a great workout in. But the best part is the staff. The leasing agents are very friendly and accommodating and genuinely care about the well being of the tenants, and the maintenance staff are top notch in responding to your various repair and maintenance needs, and everybody is always smiling. This property is bigger than most properties, which makes it feel more like a community/neighborhood, rather than a crammed housing complex which a lot of the local smaller complexes feel like. Take a visit before you make your next choice. This property has it all.

Sara is awesome! Whenever I go to the office, she greets me with a smile and a friendly what can I help you with. She is always friendly and helpful. I recently needed assistance with making copies for my Paris trip and she gladly assisted me. Sara provides excellent service to the residents of Desert Club. How refreshing.

Danny the service manager provided excellent service in repainting my front door. He was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. I enjoyed meeting him and think he’s a great addition the staff at Desert Club!! Also Noel is a wonderful gentleman on the staff who has tenants best interests at heart. In addition. Veronica and Helene have helped with my move-in process and always patiently answer my questions as a newbie. As a single woman I couldn’t be happier with a safe and quiet environment surrounded by great staff!! Not to mention the heated pool in winter ????

The complex has been great but it definitely needs some help with how it's run. The manager in the leasing office assured us that all gates were working properly, meanwhile half are broken 99% of the time. They are still broken 3 weeks after I spoke to the manager. They say they want to help but have no power to actually help in any meaningful way.
