ASK FIVE RESIDENTS....

All I say is walk the property and ask the residents. four out of five will advise you NOT to sign the lease. Our rent is never the same from month to month because they add on whatever they want to our rent, monthly.

Ask to see ALL THE AMENITIES. The second pool is NEVER open because its not maintained, the "community" charges are astrinomical & increase every month.
