Great commuting...........so far!

We've only lived here 2 1/2 weeks, but big perks like ---quiet excluding to be expected noises like occasional barking dog, sirens, hardly any upstairs/above noises at all, very minimal. People here are really nice and friendly, and the neighborhood is awesome ; ) I do wish the stairs leading up to the first floor we're better marked for people who are older and not seeing that great (instead of all light gray paint) and waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better lit at night. But so far, this place seems absolutely great, haven't had a chance to utilize maintenance yet, but gave them 5 stars in the meantime : )

Overall positive, but the elevator and laundry room have been out of service several times. Definitely inconvenient.

Outstanding Value and Stellar Management!

Love at first sight with this property. I signed my lease here after seeing my unit for just 30 seconds. Centrally located in the camelback corridor, spacious, quiet, fully renovated, awesome management. The neighbors are all kind, quiet and mature. Great community all around. Highly recommend, and turnover seems low so if you have a chance to move here……do it!

Cascades Apartments

I have lived at the Cascades since 2017. This an excellently maintained property. We have an unheated swimming pool, which is most enjoyable during the hot Phoenix summer months. We have lemon, orange and grapefruit trees, such a plus. This property is non-smoking within living units and common areas, such as hallways, garage and pool; residents may only smoke cigarettes on exterior balconies or offsite. We have quiet hours from 10 PM - 10 AM, 24/7/365 NO exceptions. Violators have always been VERY promptly dealt with by onsite management by warning and/or eviction. There are excellent schools, both public and private, like St. Thomas the Apostle (RMC church); and shopping nearby, like Safeway, AJs, Whole Foods, Fry's, and Sprouts within 10 minutes driving or less. Your are in the Biltmore shopping plaza area and you have easy access (10-15 mins) to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, highways SR 51, SR 202, and SR 143. You cannot be more centrally located than living here at the Cascades Apartments! Because this a private property, Marijuana smoking is strictly prohibited in domicile or on property per your lease, as Federal law always overrides State law, regarding use and possession. Violators have always been VERY promptly dealt with by onsite management by warning and/or eviction. Our community objective is to have a SAFE, QUIET, NON-VIOLENT, FAMILY FRIENDLY and DRUG-FREE living environment for all people who live here.
