Late Night Flooding

Although Maintenance Appreciate Week has passed I would like to give a big Thank you very much to the emergency maintenance staff at Biltmore Camelback. Early Monday morning @ 1:30 a.m. I woke up to the sound of hissing only to find the water heater hose had burst and the apartment was flooding. I contacted the emergency number and received a call back immediately. Unfortunately, I do not remember the maintenance man's name; but he came and vacuumed the apartment. He even apologized for the leak. He stated that he would return at 9:00 a.m. that day with a new water heater--which he did. He gave an estimated repair time of three hours but finished in approximately an hour and a half. He did an awesome job.
