I have lived here at Avora for 5 months and lived on the other side (Spectra) for over a year. The Avora side is quieter, has great maintenance, and has a great pool.

Needs work to all homes

Not just only upgrading the new ones and charging all high rent and refusing to replace. The movie theatre, the game room, the pool constantly needing repairs. Everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful, but a lot of things are declining. Ive been here over three years
