Our one-story, stand-alone homes share no walls with any neighboring units and have their own entrances while also having private backyards and patios — all the privacy of living in your own home but with all the benefits of leasing in a gated community.
Our units also come with spacious interiors, high ceilings, hard-surface flooring, stainless-steel appliances, and full-size washer & dryers.
All residents receive designated parking within our gated community, but we also offer garage spaces for rent.
Up to three pets are welcome, provided they have a meet-and-greet with the front office. We built our community with the goal of providing our residents the privacy they’d want, but we made the rest of the community accessible through luxury shared areas.
Take a swim in our resort-style pool or relax at the spa.
Feel like cooking outside and sitting by the fire? We have grilling and fire pit areas as well! When you manage to tear yourself away from your home and community at Avilla Gateway, you’ll find a near endless list of things to do and see.
The nearby Westgate Entertainment District, Tanger Outlets, and Gateway Crossing will surely become some of your weekend go-to’s. If you’re happy to drive a little further the 101 and i10 can take you straight to the heart of Phoenix.
