Wish I could extend my lease for another term instead of month-to-month after lease end
Get Everything in Writing
Resident for 3 years. Maintenance and trash pickup staff are the only positives. Place was filthy when we moved in and they gave us a free cleaning after inspecting them. Now that we're asking for it they're telling us it should have been used when it was given. That was not told to us in any way. Washer continuously smells like sewage (they cleaned it the first couple times now we do it ourselves) and they started charging for filter changes.
