If you choose to rent here...it's a great location. The houses look lovely. Very well designed complex...unless you need three parking spots for your 3 bedroom. Also, if security is important, be aware the gate works less than half the time. Excuses upon excuses as to why, but you're still paying the same! Don't expect tobe notified when the gate will be fixed or when water to your unit will be out or even more than 24 hours of when they will be entering your unit for "inspections." They are not big on following industry standards and regulations. Pay close attention when your lease is up, as they will try to rob you blind if you miss that 60 day notice window...with a minth to minth rate prorated at over $10,000/month! That's not a typo!!! That's seriously what they expect, or you'll just be bullied into signing another lease.

The security gate was a huge part of our decision to lease here...but it has been broken most of our 12 month lease, with no reduction in our rent. It is a bad sign that the leasibg office staff has changed several times during our stay. None of the original staff remain, and we do not feel we are known or part of a community as we had hoped. On several occasions we have been given less than the required 48 hours to enter notice, which is beyond inconvenient because we have pets that need to be kenneled.

It would be great if the amenities that are important to you were actually functioning...like the security gate that has been broken for over 2 months. Have we received a discount on our rent for a decrease in security...NO.

Living here is the best of both worlds! I love the single famoly style home with the amenties of an apartment community. The updates in the home make it feel light and airy. Not to mention, you have all stores that you need very close to you. Chosing this to be my home was the best decision I’ve made yet!

If you rent here do not be fooled into renting something anywhere near the highway or you will never sleep for a year or as long as your rental contract is up and they don't care if you find out afterwards it's unbearable they will charge you and put you in a new contract for your trouble.
