Mixed feelings about living here.

dog poop and urine smell near my patio which doesn't allow me to open my window, on top of the amount of dust on patio and inside the unit due to landscapers and bad windows seals , I work nights noise levels at times I'm up by 7am due to whatever is going on around the property landscaping maintenance. I hope that if I do decide to stay here and renew my lease that I would at least have the option to get a third floor with the same price point that I'm paying for the first floor. But the pros about living here is that any issues I've had with the unit they've been on top of it.
