Great Location!

Location, location, location! I've been at Arcadia Villa Apartments for years and one of my favorite parts about it where its located. At the corner of 40th st and Camelback, you are 10 mins from the mall, 5 mins from Biltmore and only 15 mins from downtown! Scottsdale is just a quick jaunt away and you couldn't ask for a more amazing selection of both local and chain restaurants! The grounds are also well kept, making it a great place for both go getters and home bodies alike!

Very Quiet!

I have live at arcadia villa for years and love the friendly and quiet atmosphere. There are two pools so one so always empty and even delivery drivers don't have much trouble finding my apartments. Its's the best option the the 40th & Camelback area for a safe gated community. Only good things to say!
