Over all Great place
Staff is great here! Maintenance is amazing and always get things done in s timelg mannor! Unfortunately the amenities are not great. Thd pool is small and not very nice. The gym is very small and does not have a lot of gym equipment. There is no commin area to hangout. Over all i live the desihns if the home and they are noce!

Great Grandstone !
I have lived here for 1.5 years and have enjoyed my time here. The community is kept exceptionably clean and well maintained. Our pool area has really evolved and now has to great grills that were added to the already beautiful and well laid out pool area. The hot tub is perfect and can easily hold 6-8 people. They fitness area is a bit small but has the core equipment along with multiple TV's. The floorplans are well thought out and I really enjoy the high ceilings. As a result the place feels bigger than expected. My dog loves the back yard as it is big enough to explore yet small enough to maintain. I also want to call out that my back yard as well as many others not only has a large tree but has many trees outside the fence that add to the shaded experience. The management here is very nice, professional and down to earth. The maintenance guys are top notch and seem to be able to address anything that comes up. The office area has an excellent supply of coffee and provides cozy welcome place to visit. Last but not least, "location, location, location" comes into play. Grandstone is in the perfect spot when it comes to getting around in North Peoria. In fact, it is a nice walk away from shops, eateries and more. There was a reason why I renewed :)

Great community!
We are loving it here in Grandstone at sunrise. I really like how the place is close to most of the establishment. The community is packed with great ammenities and April is very accomodating with our concerns and needs. So thank you guys!
