Park like setting so it feels like a cute neighborhood. Very quiet with no drive thru traffic. My unit has a huge backyard for my dog I had. The only noise I hear is the road behind me in the morning when people are rushing to work from other neighborhoods. With that said here is the downside. The office is not open on the weekend so you have to catch the leasing office staff before 6 pm. There is no one to call at corporate when you have issues with your billing. In my case my dog passed away 2 months ago and they are still charging me $35 for pet rent when I gave them the vet/cremation bill for proof that she is gone. They are not very transparent about what it cost to live here. The "rent" is just for the building you live in. There is extra charges like, technology fees, resort type fees for pool and gym on property. You are paying for the water and electricity for the entire property separate from your own. So my $1,375 rent is just a base and I pay up to $1,700 month at any given time with the additional property fees. So your monthly expenses are very hard to budget because the fees are not consistent every month. I miss the days when you paid your rent that was it. NO extra fees for living on the property.

Most the staff is friendly. The maintenance isnt great. Youd be better off doing it yourself or calling professionals. Location is meh. The sound of the neighborhood is good. Equipment isnt that great. Definitely feels like polished turd of a complex. Definitely overpriced but what isnt these days

A shout out to Darci in the office here. She called the TV people for me when I had a problem. She also had the Lawn people go the the gate near the RV park and asked me about the weeds there. They told her it was a ground cover. It definitely is weeds. When you make your annual inspection I would like you to see this area. I had the same weeds near my 205 apt. and my son came over and pulled them for me.

Quiet community. Negatives: The Appliances are old and function poorly. The entry gate access sits in a busy intersection so getting in and Out of the complex is challenging during peak hours.
