Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, fish, and reptiles are allowed. Fees apply only for cats and dogs; fees do not apply for other types of pets. Resident may not have more than two birds, two canaries, two parakeets, or one Mynah bird. Turtles must be kept in an aquarium, hamsters and gerbils must be caged. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. No other animals or reptiles are permitted. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.
