Good and Safe

Overall, i have had a very positive experience living at the Lakes. The only thing that has been a disappointment to me is having the gym changed from being open 24 hours to being open only during business hours unless you pay an extra 25 dollars for a new key. I believe that new keys should have been provided to residents free of cost given that 24 hour gym services were an amenity that was guaranteed when initially signing my lease.

Great place to live

I have lived here for 4 years and its been great since Decron took over. The staff is super awesome and the feounds are kept up along with the pools and the sauna. The weight room is also top notch. And stores are close by and within walking distance. I suggest coming in for a tour and see for yiurself. The Lakes at Arrowhead is AWESOME.
